For account help, billing questions, accessibility requests, abuse reports or security concerns, email support@relaycare.app. Please describe the problem and include the app version or error message if available.

Do not include passwords, verification codes, payment card numbers, identification documents or medical records in ordinary email. We will arrange appropriate verification or a secure way to provide details when needed.

Account and privacy

Manage or delete your account, reset your password, or make a privacy request or appeal. Account deletion and cancellation of an Apple subscription are separate actions.

Safety and service limits

Use in-app reporting where available or email support to report abusive content. Block private messages from a contact using the conversation controls. Support is not an emergency or medical service and is not continuously monitored. Call 911 for an emergency in the United States and contact a qualified clinician for medical advice.
